This Take 5 does very sloppy job and drain plug was open my driveway got messed up. Very nasty customer service by the attendant. Did not check the cabin filter and spilled oil all over the engine area.

I said only oil change only, they consistently asked other services. They asked for payment on middle of oil change before changing oil filter. Wrong oil than i asked for. The worst part of all this, technician was too emotional. At this point, I am not sure if technician changed oil filter as being too emotional???!! They didn't even gave me the sticker and erase numbers they wrote on my windshild. What a drama! Never again!

Great customer service from Don and the rest of the crew involved. I’m a manager at discount tire and everyone knows us for our service and they gave me the same feeling we strive to give our community and easy to find coupons online
